Commitment to Access

Commitment to Access is GSK's patient assistance program for cancer medicines.
It provides GSK medicines to eligible low-income patients who don't have prescription drug coverage.
Program highlights:
- Free GSK cancer medicines
- All GSK cancer medicines are available
- No application or enrollment fees

To enroll, you must:
- Live in one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico.
- Meet program income guidelines.
- Not have prescription drug coverage through a public program including Medicaid or Puerto Rico Government Health Plan (Reforma)
Note: If you are enrolled in a Medicare drug plan and have spent at least $600 on prescription medicines this year, you may be eligible.
- Not have private prescription drug coverage unless the coverage is limited to generic prescription medicine only.
There's no cost to take part in Comment to Access.
A healthcare worker who helps with your care will enroll you. This person, your Advocate, may be a:
- Doctor
- Nurse
- Social worker
- Someone who works where you get healthcare
You and your Advocate will fill out an enrollment form. He or she can explain the income guidelines to you.
