GSK Access provides GlaxoSmithKline prescription medications at no cost to people enrolled in a Medicare drug plan (Medicare Part D) who meet the enrollment requirements.
Most GSK medicines are available through GSK Access. See a list of covered drugs. GSK will offer its existing patient assistance program for oncology and specialty pharmacy medicines, Commitment to Access, to Medicare Part D enrollees who have met the $600 spending threshold. To enroll, you must
- Be a US resident
- Meet program income guidelines
- Be enrolled in a Medicare drug plan
- Have spent at least $600 on prescription medicines this year
Once you’re accepted into GSK Access, GSK medicines are free.
Mail a completed application with income documentation and proof of prescription expenses to GSK Access. You will be notified if you qualify for the program. If approved, you’ll receive a pharmacy card for use at any drug store to pick up GSK medicines at no cost.
